At TOPANGA, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. As such, we have a 30 DAY refund policy. BEFORE 30 DAYS you can return any item, provided it's in its original condition with tags attached. AFTER 30 DAYS, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We offer Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

Damages and Issues: In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

False Chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
